As you prepare to leave for the summer, please remember that the weather at Heartland can be very unpredictable.  Please make sure that all items left behind are under, inside, or tucked around your unit and properly secured.  All loose items are potential hazards and could create a lot of damage during a storm.  Don’t forget those who have items not placed at your unit, such as kayaks, boats, trailers, etc.  Those items need to be placed in overflow parking and secured tightly.  If for some reason, we need to put things away at your unit and we are unable to secure them, then unfortunately, we will be forced to throw them away.  There is a list available for you in the office that explains everything that needs to be done when closing your unit for the summer.
